ConquerPower provides AI operations consulting, complexity assessment, pipeline fortification, monitoring command centre deployment, SLA governance, and sustained operations programmes for enterprise clients. ConquerPower delivers operational resilience services for AI infrastructure only. Specific service scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual statements of work or service agreements.
3. Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data
- Transmit malicious code or interfere with website functionality
- Reproduce, distribute, or modify website content without written permission
- Use automated tools to scrape or harvest website data
4. Enquiries and Consultations
Submitting an enquiry through our contact form does not create a binding contract. Consultation scheduling is subject to availability. Information provided in enquiries is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Pricing and Payment
Solution and package pricing displayed on our website is indicative and subject to scope confirmation. All fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. 7. AI and Technology Disclaimer
ConquerPower provides consulting services related to AI operations, pipeline resilience, and monitoring infrastructure. We do not guarantee specific AI performance outcomes, model accuracy, uptime percentages, or business results. AI systems involve inherent uncertainties, and clients are responsible for validating outputs and operational configurations before production use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ConquerPower shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ConquerPower from claims arising from your misuse of our website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights through your use of our services.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during engagements. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of any service agreement for a period of three years.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Edmonton, Alberta.
12. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation in Edmonton, Alberta.
13. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or critical infrastructure failures.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

16. Changes
